“Justice is the alpha and omega of Berlusconis political interests and achievements” said Eugenio Scalfari in an article in La Repubblica some days ago. I mentioned this in my previous post.  

There are lot of testimonials about Berlusconi almost cronical and somehow senseless lying. Marco Travaglio talked about it in october 2006 in Arcoris TV and he has also written an article about it available online in Italian and made available through Espresso: “Lyer Premier”. Two lies were offered recently to the public by Berlusconi at “Porta a Porta” a debate program on RAI. He has done the same thing on “Porta a Porta” some years ago according to an article in Espresso, La Repubblica. There has even been publiced a book called “100 lies for 100 days. How to defend yourself from Berlusconi“. Berlusconi is somehow an artist, being able to lie without revealing any embarassment. I saw Berlusconi at “Porta a Porta” were he also compared himself as a Superman. Well I think he should rather compare himself with “Lex Luthor“.
